Shipping & Returns
a) Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. However, during busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
b) Free shipping facility is given only to the products which are to be delivered within the Indian Territory and not outside India. Any product delivery outside India would be chargeable at the prevalent market rates.
c) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with powergummies.com.
d) If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in distinct boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
e) For transit safety purpose products may be shipped separately.
f) It is suggested by us that you should give full and complete address with proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code do not match. The liability to bear such charges and penalties (if any) shall rest with you, to the courier company.
g) You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
h) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.
i) We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete addresses.
j) You agree that you shall be solely liable and responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
k) For any type of shipments to any girl's hostel/college/school etc., specific date and time should be mentioned while placing the order to avoid returns due to permission issues for entering such premises. We will not be responsible for refund or credits if any nor shall re-ship the order in such circumstances.
Your order can be cancelled before the same is dispatched from our Warehouse. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “dispatched” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. We take utmost care in providing you the best products.
We have complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.
Only in the case where you have received a damaged product, or in case a wrong item is delivered to you, a replacement of product would be done. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at “9999147733” to arrange for return and replacement of the product. You need to share the images, batch no, product name, manufacturing & expiry date of the damaged product that you have received and send to email@example.com. Also, please ensure that you return the product in the original condition in which the product was received by you.
The return of the product, however, cannot be requested by the customer in the cases where the customer has either opened the package/product box or in case the outer packaging of the box has been physically damaged.
We may choose to either replace the product or reimburse the customer. In case of reimbursement, the same shall be processed within 14 days of cancellation/refund. The customer shall not bear any charges or fee for cancellation or refund.
