Red-Velvet Heart-shaped Pancakes: 

The Ingredients you need:

#. 1 Cup of all-purpose flour 
#. 1-2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
#. 2 Tablespoon coarse sugar 
#. 2 Pinch of baking powder
#. Two teaspoon baking soda
#. 1 Pinch of salt
#. Natural Red color or 1/2 a cup of Beet juice
#. One Egg
#. Coconut Oil or Butter 
#. One Teaspoon Vanilla extract 
#. Heart shape cookie cutter
#. Condensed Milk 
#. 1/3 Cup of fat-free milk

How to make it:

1. Take all the dry ingredients (mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) and mix them in a clean bowl. 
2. Then take all the wet ingredients (Whisk beet juice or red coloring, milk, egg, and vanilla extract) and stir them until appropriately mixed. Add the mixture with the ingredients together and mix well. 
3. Take a nonstick pan and put it over medium-low heat. Spread your oil evenly to ensure that the batter doesn't stick on the pan. Pour your batter on the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until you see bubbles on the surface. Gently lift and check and then flip. Cook it for another 2 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Then drizzle some condensed milk over the pancakes and add strawberries or choco chips to make them even tastier. 

Strawberry Lassi: 

The Ingredients you need: 

#. 1 Cup of fresh strawberries (Chopped)
#. 1 cup plain-Low Fat-sugar free Yogurt 
#. 1/2 cup Non-fat chilled milk 
#. 2-3 tablespoons Sugar or honey according to your taste. 
#. One teaspoon Rosewater (Optional)

How to make it:

1. Chop your strawberries and blend them until it is a smooth puree. 
2. Then add yogurt, milk, and sugar into a blender.
3. Blend it for about 1-2 minutes, and add rose water. 
4. Make sure to blend it for another 1-2 minutes and then pour it into a glass full of ice. 
5. Top it with Icecream plus sliced strawberries and mint leaves. 
6. You can store it in the fridge or serve it immediately. 

Roasted Pepper and Tomato Pasta: 

The Ingredients you need: 

#. Two Red bell Peppers 
#. Two small red onions 
#. 20 Cherry tomatoes
#. 2-3 Garlic Cloves 
#. Two teaspoons dried oregano
#. 1 cup of fresh basil 
#. Two teaspoons nutritional yeast
#. 1/3 cup of olive oil 
#. Whole-wheat spaghetti pasta
#. Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:

1. Firstly, Preheat your oven to 200c and, meanwhile, prepare your veggies to place onto the baking tray. 
2. After placing your veggies on a tray, season it with olive oil, a teaspoon of oregano, salt, and pepper, and place in the oven for 20 minutes. 
3. Cook your pasta until it is al dente. 
4. Grind all the roasted veg into a blender along with a handful of fresh basil, two tablespoons nutritional yeast, a teaspoon of oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Blend it smooth or until you like the consistency, and you can add water to make it according to your preference. 
6. Take a pan, add your sauce with one teaspoon butter, add the pasta, cook it for 2-3 minutes, and then serve it with shredded cheese. 

Choco-Truffles

(Healthier version):

The Ingredients you need:

#. 1 cup of semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate (Finely chopped)
#. 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream 
#. One teaspoon of vanilla extract
#. For coating, you need: Unsweetened cocoa powder, Finely chopped walnuts, and almonds.

How to make it:

1. Heat your heavy cream in a saucepan and let it simmer. Keep stirring, and once it boils, keep it aside to cool down. Once cooled down, and then return the cream to a simmer.
2. Then make the ganache, chop the chocolate, and put it in a separate bowl. Then, pour hot cream over the chocolate. Add vanilla and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, stir until smooth.
3. Allow the ganache to cool down and get thickened, and you can place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.  
4. In the meantime, prepare your baking tray line it with parchment paper. Take a spoon and scoop out balls of ganache. Roll in your hands until a ball is formed. Place it on the baking tray and refrigerator overnight.
5. Take a bowl, add cocoa powder or chopped nuts, and then roll to coat the truffles. One truffle is about 50 calories, so don't worry, enjoy. 

Chicken Tikka Alfredo Pasta:

The Ingredients you need: 

#. 1/2 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs
#. Full-fat yogurt 
#. 2-3 Cloves of garlic 
#. One teaspoon chopped ginger
#. 1 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
#. 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
#. 1/2 teaspoon coriander
#. 1/2 teaspoon salt
#. 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder 
#. One tablespoon Olive oil

How to make it:

1. Pat your chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then add to a large bowl. Add yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and red chili powder. Add your chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Let it marinate. 
2. Melt your ghee or butter in a heavy-bottom pot over medium-high heat. Add chopped or sliced onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir until golden brown and not more than 8 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and sprinkle garam masala, cumin, and cardamom powder. Toss it for another 2-3 minutes, and then add tomato paste. Add water if required. 
3. Take the pan off the heat and stir well until the sauce is smooth-then let it cool down and then blend it into a smooth paste. Then add the sauce back to the pan over medium heat. 
4. Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking tray, grease it with butter, and ensure that all the leftover yogurt is added. 
5. Cook/Broil the chicken until it is well cooked and flip it for about 18-20 minutes. Cut the chicken into small pieces once done, and then add the tikka sauce that you prepared. 
6. In the meantime, cook your pasta in salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside. Simmer the sauce chicken and then add pasta plus shredded parmesan. Cook until everything is heated for 2-3 minutes. 
7. You can transfer the pasta to a bowl and then garnish it with cilantro leaves to serve.

Cheesiest Lasagne:

The Ingredients you need:

#. Two zucchini (Chopped)
#. Half Onion (Chopped)
#. 2-3 Minced garlic cloves
#. 1-2 tablespoon Olive oil. 
#. 1 Cup of Cottage cheese 
#. One Egg
#. 2 Cups of Pizza Tomato Sauce 
#. 2 Cups Balanched spinach
#. 12-14 Uncooked Whole Grain Lasagna Noodles
#. 1-2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese

How to make it:

1. Take a pan, Saute Onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat. Chop all your veggies, add them to the pan, and then saute them until they are soft and tender. You can set it aside once done and let it cool down. 
2. Take your blanched spinach and squeeze out all the water. Then mix well with your cottage cheese. You can also use ricotta cheese, which is high in calories. Then whisk it with egg. 
3. Grease your Oven-safe Pan (9×13 recommended) and then pour the sauce evenly, place the noodles on top of the sauce, spread the cheese-egg mix on the noodles, add your sauteed veggies, and then again pour some sauce. Repeat the process until the pan is almost complete, and add the remaining sauce and mozzarella on top. 
4. Cover the pan with foil and then bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
